Lee & Associates tapped to market multiple industrial outdoor storage sites in Southern NJ

Lee & Associates, a national full-service commercial real estate firm, has been selected to manage the marketing of three Southern New Jersey Industrial Outdoor Storage lots consisting of 14 acres in total. IOS sites have emerged as a much-requested requirement among logistics companies that need space to stage or provide short-term storage for products prior to shipping them to the next destination.

Principal of the firm, Patrick Lafferty II, stated: “In many cases shipping containers or vehicles arrive on overseas vessels in need of a short-term layover situation while awaiting transport to a final destination. Small sites such as these typically emerge as the most viable solution.”

In addition to vehicles and shipping containers, these lots can facilitate equipment storage, truck/trailer parking, maintenance facilities, and a lay-down yard for construction and other materials.

Lafferty is Listing the lease opportunity of 1.56 acres in Logan Township, NJ minutes from Interstate 295.

Teammates, Tony Rod, SIOR, and Andrew Landolfi, are offering 11 acres in Swedesboro, NJ that includes a +12,000 s/f building and sits along Route 322 and 1.15 acres of paved, lit and fenced with direct access to NJ Route 42 in Bellmawr, NJ for lease.
