Levin Management achieves full occupancy at 360,000 s/f Harrisburg shopping center
Younkin represents landlord in 4,000 s/f Wonder lease at High Pointe Commons
HARRISBURG, PA — Levin Management Corporation (LMC) has brought High Pointe Commons, a 360,000 s/f regional shopping center in Harrisburg to 100% occupancy, underscoring the firm’s ability to execute strategic leasing initiatives and create value for property owners in today’s evolving retail environment.
The milestone follows the May openings of 35,000 s/f Savers, a leading for-profit thrift operator in the United States, Canada and Australia, and 4,000 s/f Wonder, a technology-enabled dining destination featuring menus from more than 20 restaurant brands and renowned chefs under one roof. Together, the additions completed the tenant roster at the highly trafficked shopping destination. LMC serves as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for High Pointe Commons. The Wonder lease was negotiated by Fred Younkin, leasing representative at LMC, on behalf of ownership, with Joe Dougherty at Metro Commercial representing the tenant.
The successful retenanting of the former Christmas Tree Shops space with Savers reflects continued demand for value-oriented retail offerings, while Wonder’s dining model aligns with consumers’ growing preference for convenience, variety and flexibility. The leases underscore retailers’ ongoing interest in well-located, high-performing shopping centers.

High Pointe Commons is located off Interstate 283 at Exit 2, with direct access to Route 322. According to Placer.ai, the center remains one of the region’s most visited shopping destinations, drawing 3.8 million annual visits. The property is shadow anchored by Target and JCPenney and features a broad mix of national retailers, restaurants and service tenants. Notable brands include Petco, Panera Bread, LensCrafters, DXL Big & Tall, Fleet Feet, Orangetheory Fitness, Five Below, Famous Footwear and Crumbl Cookies.
