SADDLE BROOK, NJ — Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) announced the hiring of industry veteran Dan Gorczycki as managing director, capital markets in its Saddle Brook Office.
Gorczycki will be responsible for the origination and placement of debt and equity financing for a variety of property types throughout the northeast. Gorczycki brings over 35 years of experience to this role, having financed transactions across major property types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, self-storage and hospitality. Gorczycki has experience closing land, bridge, construction, and permanent debt transactions.
Over his career, Gorczycki has established long-standing relationships with numerous capital sources, including agency lenders, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, credit unions, life companies, private funds and bridge lenders. He will report to Marc Sznajderman, senior vice president and head of production for MMCC’s eastern region.

Prior to MMCC, Gorczycki managed an originations team as a managing director for True Rate Services and held managerial positions at Avison Young and Savills. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from New York University.
