NAI CIR announces recent transactions in Central Pennsylvania

PennAEYC relocates to Strawberry Square in Harrisburg




CENTRAL PA — Strawberry Square is welcoming a new office tenant. The Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young Children (PennAEYC) is relocating from its former location within the Harrisburg Transportation Center to the 2,803 s/f suite in Strawberry Square. The association is a membership based advocacy organization providing high-quality early care and education for PA’s children and families.

Dan Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the landlord in this transaction. Additional office suites are available at Strawberry Square.

In East Berlin, The special purpose building located at 2181 Baltimore Pike has been sold to Church of God of Prophecy Northeast Region. The New Jersey-based buyer purchased the property to expand into Central PA. The +/-2,000 s/f property on 0.51 acres formerly housed the Church of God of Prophecy of Pennsylvania. James D. Ross, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.

The 8,024 s/f commercial building located at 3065 Elizabethtown Rd. in Hershey has been leased. Located along Rte. 743, in between Hershey and Elizabethtown, the former University Music Service building is now home to Hershey Children’s Museum. The Museum officially opened its door in February 2024 and features over 40 exhibits for children of all ages. Perfect for hosting children’s events and parties, the Museum also offers annual memberships.
