Alderman arranges sale of +6 Acres for solar farms
Harrisburg-Carlisle, PA — The former Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania office, located at 350 Hale Ave. in Harrisburg, has been sold to From the Heart Church Ministries of Harrisburg, PA, Inc. The 18,000 s/f office, a former church, will be converted back into a church. The Heart Church Ministries of Harrisburg is a non-denominational church currently located on Wayne St. in Harrisburg.

The former 2,647 s/f service center and garage located at 2901 Canby St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Kedamath LLC. The space, located in Penbrook Borough with quick access to Progress Ave. and Union Deposit Rd., will be converted into a convenience store.
Nik Sgagias and Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the seller, and Jim Ross, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer.
The +/-11,000 s/f warehouse at 41 & 43 McAllister St. in Hanover, has been sold to local real estate developer, Jordan Ilyes. The space will be converted into high-end apartments, with construction expected to begin in the next six months.

NAI CIR facilitated the sale of the 6.5 acre site at 153 Pine Rd. in Palmyra. Purchased by Solar Renewable Energy, LLC, the land will be converted into a solar farm to generate electricity for the area. David Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the transaction.
