NAI CIR expands into Carlisle, PA with new branch office


Carlisle, PA — NAI CIR is proud to announce the opening of its new branch office in Carlisle, PA. As the first exclusively commercial real estate firm to open its doors in Carlisle, NAI CIR’s new location represents the company’s second location in Central Pennsylvania. Located at 3 Jennifer Court off Walnut Bottom Road, this office is home to two new team members, Pamela E. Fisher and Kimberly Wickard. As a licensed agent, Pam brings significant development knowledge and experience to NAI CIR. “We have been serving the Carlisle market for over 50 years. NAI CIR has arranged the sale/lease of the following transactions:

The retail center known as the Shoppes of Hampden at 3608-3760 Market Street in Camp Hill has been sold to Tenny Group Properties LLC. The 40,000 s/f retail center services the Camp Hill community with various tenants including UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics, Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Elements­ Hairology, El Ola Mediterranean Grocery, and 3700 Market Restaurant. Craig Rahn and Chris Wilsbach, of NAI CIR, handled this off-market transaction.

The former Kokomos, located at 691 Yorktown Road, has been sold. The sale included the 4,000 square foot restaurant, liquor license, 17-room hotel and additional trailers. The 6.05-acre property is conveniently located along I-83, ten miles south of Harrisburg.

The new owners, LaBull, LLC and Horn Pub, LLC, have plans to reopen the 14,000 s/f retail property into a sports bar, to be known as “Horn Pub”, while continuing to operate the existing motel. Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.

The 1.18-acre commercial lot located at 679-709 N. Susquehanna Trail in Selinsgrove has been sold to Shiny Shell – Selinsgrove, LLC. The seller, Robert Grayston, owner of both Selinsgrove Storage LLC and Central PA Corp LLC, packaged both parcels together to create an ideal corner for retail development on the heavily traveled Route 11/15. The new owners will be developing the location into a Shiny Shell Carwash. Amber Corbo, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.

The 2,634 s/f service station located at 400 S. Progress Avenue in Harrisburg has been sold to Cheema Ranvir LLC. The buyer plans to reopen the service station at a later date. The Bill Gladstone Group, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.
