NAI CIR transaction volume remains high in Q3 2024

Sgagias represents seller in sale of 60 acre Harrisburg farm estate at 5790 Devonshire Rd.

CENTRAL PA — NAI CIR successfully facilitated the following sales and lease transactions:

The 60-acre farm estate, located at 5790 Devonshire Rd. and home to SpringGate Winery, has been acquired by JNN LLC. The barn and grounds date back to an 18th Century European settlement and include the site of the first Presbyterian Seminary in the U.S., a trout hatchery and vineyards. The award-winning winery and estate offers on-site manufacturing of wine, beer and distilled spirits.

Under new ownership, operations will continue without disruption, ensuring that the winery maintains its commitment to excellence and status as a beloved local destination.

“We are proud to have facilitated the sale of the real estate home to this impressive venue,” said Nik Sgagias, who represented the sellers.

The former Tattered Flag located at 1 S. Union St. in Middletown has been sold to 3 South Union Street LLC. The 13,000 s/f full-service restaurant can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it an ideal event venue. The new owners plan to offer the space for lease in the near future.

Sgagias represented the sellers in this transaction.

The 3,690 s/f office located at 1225 E. Market St. in York has been sold to East Market RE, LLC, a local real estate investor. The property is located just off I-83 and 1.5 miles east of downtown York.

Casey Khuri and Robin Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE, of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction.

The sale of the 13,850 s/f masonry office building located at 1007 Mumma Rd., Wormleysburg. The property was acquired by HHV Properties, LLC and will be repurposed to house a local medical practice.

Daniel J. Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the seller and David J. Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer. 

The commercial property located at 102 W. Franklin Street in Steelton has been sold to 2700 LLC. The 30,211 s/f warehouse complex, which consists of three buildings, will be utilized by the buyer for its own business operations.

This location will serve as part of Senior Helpers’ ongoing commitment to bringing high-quality in-home care to more communities throughout central PA.
