NAI James E. Hanson completes $9.1 Million sale and 19,485 s/f lease in Bergen County

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — NAI James E. Hanson recently completed two transactions in Bergen County, including a $9.1 million industrial sale in Carlstadt and a 19,485 s/f lease in Leonia.

In Carlstadt, senior managing directors Jordan Avanzato, SIOR, and Christopher D. Todd, SIOR, and managing director William Ericksen, SIOR, CCIM, of NAI James E. Hanson’s Institutional Services Group represented seller Venture One Real Estate in the $9.1 million sale of the 30,300 s/f industrial building at 178 Commerce Rd. to Gran Trade Inc.

Situated in the Meadowlands, the property features 27,800 s/f of warehouse space, 2,500 s/f of office space, two exterior loading docks, one drive-in door and 15-foot clear heights. It is located near Rtes. 3, 17 and 46 and I-95.

Gran Trade Inc., a distributor of natural and engineered stone, will occupy the property to support its continued growth and expand its import and distribution operations.

In Leonia, associate vice president Jessica Curry, CCIM, and senior vice president Andrew Somple, SIOR, negotiated a 19,485 s/f lease at 600 Willow Tree Rd. on behalf of U.S. Gymnastics Development Center.
