Berardi Building Company, a leading general contractor and construction management firm based in Sparta, N.J., is conducting a tenant buildout and will transform the property into the first standalone pickleball center in Sussex County. Additionally, Chris Wolverton of HQW Architects, a leading full-service architectural firm based in Sparta, is serving as the architect on the project.

The property’s location at the corner of Millpond Drive and Route 94 in Lafayette offers convenient access to Routes 15 and 206. The building boasts high ceilings and column-free clear span.
