NAI Summit brokers transactions totaling 40,908 s/f

Allentown, PA — NAI Summit, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in eastern Pennsylvania for over 40 years, has brokered the sale of a 30,000 s/f industrial warehouse in Eastern Pennsylvania. Mike Adams, senior vice president, and Sarah Finney Miller, vice president, represented the seller in the transaction with a sale price of $1.95 million.

The recently renovated building features two 3-ton cranes, multiple dock and drive-in doors, 20-24’ clear height, and heavy power electrical service. The large 9.25 acre parcel offers the future tenant outdoor storage and potential for building expansion.

The NAI Summit brokerage team was retained by the new owner, MB Seneca Real Estate LLC, to represent them in the lease offering of this industrial building at 164 Seneca Road, Lehighton, PA.

In a second transaction, NAI Summit negotiated the sale of a 10,908 s/f building for $1.2 million. The seller was represented by Jennifer Kennedy, associate broker for NAI Summit. Previously a neighborhood pharmacy serving the Bethlehem community, the two-story facility is fit out with large open rooms and private offices.

The new unnamed owner will use the building as a food testing laboratory. Located at 3708 Freemansburg Ave., Bethlehem.
