NRDC announce new tenants to occupy a total of 58,690 s/f at Liberty Square Center


BURLINGTON, NJ — National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC) announced that national tenants Ross Dress For Less and Planet Fitness are getting ready to open at Liberty Square Center, the 380,383 s/f retail center in Burlington. Five Below officially opened for business at its 11,600 s/f space in June. Ross Dress For Less, which is scheduled to open in October, will occupy 22,090 s/f of retail space. Lastly, Planet Fitness has signed for 25,000 s/f of space and is set to open its doors at the center in the first quarter of 2021. The new tenants join the center’s existing anchor tenants, Walmart Supercenter and Marshall’s/Home Goods, as well as a wide variety of other businesses including H&R Block, AutoZone and America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses. NRDC was represented by president John Orrico in the Ross lease. Vice president of retail leasing Nick Hrvatin represented the company in the Five Below and Planet Fitness agreements. Rick Schuch of CBRE represented Five Below, John Krause of CBRE represented Ross Dress For Less, and Joseph Dougherty of Metro Commercial represented Planet Fitness.
