WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Frame-out is nearing completion for 10 Green Street at Woodbridge Station, marking a fall construction milestone at Prism Capital Partners’ transit-oriented redevelopment in downtown Woodbridge. The fifth and final story is taking shape for the building that will include 232 apartments and 12,000 s/f of street-level retail space, with an expected occupancy of spring 2021. Prism purchased the five-acre, former Lucas Chevrolet dealership site at the corner of Rahway Ave. and Green St. in 2019 in a joint venture partnership with The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company. Situated next to Woodbridge Station in the heart of a dynamic, walkable downtown, 10 Green St. will feature a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom rental homes. A host of amenities including a community room with kitchen and bar, fitness center, outdoor pool, patio with grills and firepits, package room, conference room, and covered parking will round out the resident experience.
