Precast panels installed at 25 Abeel Road in Monroe, New Jersey

Monroe, NJ — REDCOM Design & Construction announced the construction progress at a new industrial warehouse at 25 Abeel Rd. in Monroe. The warehouse has reached a key milestone, with precast panels now officially installed on the project site. This achievement marks significant movement in the ground-up development of the facility and demonstrates the team’s commitment despite challenging winter weather conditions.

According to Meteorologist Joe Martucci in ‘Cup of Joe,’ “The coldest winter in 10 years just froze N.J.

What stood out the most to me was how long the cold lasted. December, January and February were all colder than normal, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).”

This accomplishment reflects the strength of coordination and collaborative effort among REDCOM’s professionals. As a full-service design and build firm with decades of experience, REDCOM continues to drive innovation and quality in every phase of construction.

As work continues, the team remains focused on delivering a high-quality facility that meets the operational needs of its future occupants while upholding REDCOM’s standards for craftsmanship and client service.

In other news. Ryan Teicher, CEO of REDCOM Design & Construction, an award-winning, full-service commercial architectural design, engineering, and general contracting firm, was a recent guest on Construction Genius. REDCOM specializes in commercial design-build engineering, architecture, and construction.

In conversation with host Eric Anderton, Teicher discussed what makes REDCOM unique. He stated, “We have all of our disciplines in-house under one roof. We have architects, engineers, estimating, project management, and field supervision.”

Teicher spoke about engagement with clients and how his firm’s collaborative approach meets client needs. He stated, “When a client comes to us with an idea, we get the idea with a raw piece of land [and develop the site and architectural plan] to the point you can actually build... It’s much quicker when you’re dealing with a firm like us. We don’t have to wait for communications between architects and engineers and estimating and construction. We’re all on the same team. We coordinate really well.”

Teicher touched on REDCOM’s team culture of working together to achieve shared goals.
