Teicher shares insights on podcast, while REDCOM raises money for The Valerie Fund
Westfield, NJ — REDCOM Design & Construction has been busy this summer, making significant strides in both the industry and the community. CEO Ryan Teicher recently appeared on the ‘Moving into the Future’ podcast, where he discussed the importance of maintaining consistent brand designs across auto dealerships while accommodating the unique considerations of each site.
In his conversation with host Jack Macejka of The Advance Group, Teicher emphasized, “Our two core values are creativity and collaboration. Having all functions in-house allows us to be flexible and make quick decisions.” He further explained the challenges of dealership renovations, noting, “Dealerships have different brands they represent, each with its own guidelines. Renovations are more difficult because the program has changed in many cases. You have to gut the space and reprogram it… Interestingly, once a dealership is under renovation, volume and business go up.”
