YORK, PA — ROCK Commercial Real Estate, an industry leader in South Central Pennsylvania, announced that DGR Partners, LP sold 2101-2127 Industrial Highway and 2131-2139 Industrial Highway in York, PA to Industrial Highway Enterprises, LLC for $2.15 million The complex is fully occupied and includes 22,693 s/f 2101-2127 Industrial Highway and 10,410 s/f 2131-2139 Industrial Highway.
ROCK Commercial Real Estate advisor, Jason Turnbull, CCIM, SIOR, brokered the transaction.
The well-maintained east York complex provides easy access to all major arteries including I-83, Rt. 30 and Market Street.
In a separate transaction, Shadowfax Corporation sold 149 South Tremont St. in York to Michael Lohss Jr. for $1.415 million. Lohss is the vice president of Regal Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, a family-owned, local contracting firm. The 31,282 s/f warehouse is located in York City.
