Philadelphia, PA — Scope Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (SCOPE) has announced today that it has appointed Robert Blumenthal as executive vice president of brokerage services. Blumenthal joins the leadership team and will be spearheading growth and management across SCOPE’s service lines within the Mid-Atlantic region.

Blumenthal comes with over a decade of commercial real estate experience with a focus on urban infill development and suburban value-add multifamily. Most recently, Blumenthal led acquisitions and asset management for Streamline & Larken Associates, both located within the Mid-Atlantic. Over his career, Blumenthal has transacted on over $500M worth of commercial real estate, providing intangible experience and relationships to enhance the existing brokerage services.

“The current market conditions present an opportune time to enter into new geographies, asset types, and additional business services," adds Blumenthal. "Over the next 12 months, SCOPE will be curating a roster of proven deal makers across the Mid-Atlantic. Additionally, we will be rolling out new business verticals to better serve our clients throughout the deal cycle.

Now more than ever relationships and certainty of execution is of upmost importance. SCOPE will be setting itself apart from the competition by the level of service, services and consideration we offer our clients."

In December, SCOPE added five producers across its sales and debt platform. It seeks to add a limited number of producers in 2024 to maintain a lean and collaborative culture.

“We pride ourselves on being well versed in complex scenarios and finding creative solutions,” adds Phil Sharrow, managing director at SCOPE.
