Shepley & Albright of NAI CIR in cooperation with NAI Robert Lynn handle sublease +48,000 s/f


Central, PA — NAI CIR completed the following transactions in Central PA:

48,360 s/f of warehouse space located at 1700 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle has been subleased to Hanover Terminal, Inc. The space will be used for overflow storage in the area. Hanover Logistics, the parent company of Hanover Terminal, is an asset-based logistics services company providing superior supply chain management solutions in a variety of Third-Party Logistics. Their specialties include traditional warehousing, eCommerce warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and transportation services. The transaction was handled by Aaron Albright and Jack Shepley of NAI CIR in cooperation with Mark Miller of NAI Robert Lynn.

The industrial properties located at 1001 S. 14th St. in Harrisburg has been sold for $1.65M to Edwin L Heim Company. The sale was comprised of four industrial buildings totaling 27,521 s/f and seated on 18 parcels. Daniel Alderman, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in this transaction.

The 18,985 s/f building located at 3301 Hoffman St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Skulsky Properties, LLC as an investment property. Both tenants - Focal Point and Levin Promotional will remain at this location. Amber Corbo and Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction.

The 15,500 s/f commercial property, located at 440 Claude A. Lord Blvd. in Pottsville, has been sold to Firetree Ltd. Firetree is an addiction recovery service offering residential treatment, halfway houses, re-entry and outpatient programs. This property will add to their several locations throughout the Central Pennsylvania region. James D. Ross, of NAI CIR, and Eric Seitzinger, of BHHS Homesale Realty, represented the buyer, and John Buccinno, of NAI Keystone represented the seller.

The 2,629 s/f garden level suite within 1035 Mumma Rd. in Wormleysburg has been leased to The Law Firm of Peters & Wasilefski. Since 1978, the firm has represented various clients throughout Pennsylvania. They have relocated from their former office on N. Front Street in Harrisburg. Alderman handled the transaction.

The 4,216 s/f mixed-use building located at 308 N. 2nd St. in Harrisburg has been sold to Fernandez Realty LLC. This investment property is comprised of a retail store front on the first floor and three apartments above. Nick Martin, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in this transaction.

Rte. 15 Beverage Express located at 9 Tristan Dr. in Dillsburg has been sold to RDL Property, LLC. The sale included the Malt or Brewed Beverage License, real estate, and other assets of the business. As Dillsburg’s local beverage store, the new owners plan to operate business as usual. Craig Rahn, of NAI CIR represented the seller and Nik Sgagias, of NAI CIR, represented the buyer in the sale.
