ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Sitex Group (Sitex) has promoted Max Fuchsman to vice president from associate. Fuchsman joined Sitex in 2022.
In this position, Fuchsman will oversee leasing and acquisition processes for prospective investment opportunities. In addition, he will continue to be responsible for handling portfolio management as well as disposition strategies and tactics for the firm.
“Max is a highly motivated real estate finance professional who has been instrumental in the growth of Sitex since his arrival,” said principal Blake Chroman. “This promotion is recognition of Max’s ability to navigate the intricate landscape of the business with finesse and strategic vision.”
Prior to joining Sitex, Max was an associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s market-leading Institutional Capital Markets team based in New York. While there he focused on office, multi-family, retail and industrial investment sales transactions and was involved in over $37 billion of transactions during his tenure.
Max holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
