BALTIMORE, MD — St. John Properties, Inc. has promoted Alexa Grossman to senior project manager, interior construction. Formerly project manager, interior construction, Grossman joined the company in 2019 and has more than 13 years of business and commercial real estate experience.
Grossman will continue to oversee the execution of turnkey tenant build-out activities throughout St. John Properties’ portfolio of commercial properties in the greater Baltimore metro region. Her responsibilities include directing the efforts of third-party subcontractors, overseeing budgeting, scheduling permit inspections, and interfacing with tenants, interior design, and leasing professionals to meet all turnover deadlines. Grossman will manage all tenant construction activities to conclusion and assure their successful completion.
Grossman earned a degree in marketing, graphic design, and organizational behavior from Washington University in St. Louis.
