Springfield Twp., NJ — Stout & Caldwell played a vital role in the development of North America Solar Corp.'s groundbreaking Community Solar project in South Jersey.

As a trusted partner, Stout & Caldwell provided a wide range of essential services, including civil engineering, surveying, and environmental expertise.

From the initial site plans to securing permits and planning board approvals, Stout & Caldwell guided the project every step of the way. Their comprehensive surveying efforts encompassed boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, utilities mapping, and as-built surveys. They also conducted vital assessments such as wetlands analysis, flood zone classification, and flood hazard evaluation.

Throughout the process, Stout & Caldwell navigated the complexities of obtaining special permits from regulatory bodies like NJDEP and Burlington County Soil Conservation .Now, a remarkable 8.579 MW solar field stands proudly on the expansive 59-acre site at 46 Gilbert Road in Bordentown/Springfield Township, generating clean, renewable power for the grid.
