The University of Pennsylvania’s Advanced Outpatient Care is a 250,000 s/f state-of-the-art multispecialty facility. This facility houses a heart and vascular center, comprehensive cancer care, women’s health, orthopedic and rehabilitation medicine, neurosciences and other medical subspecialties. The surgery suite includes six surgical and four endoscopy rooms, along with full radiology and laboratory services. The health center and adjacent 994-car parking garage are within walking distance of the Radnor train station. The building features natural light throughout and a courtyard which brings beautiful nature views to its patients, families, and staff. This building is targeted for a sustainability level LEED Silver.
