In November of 2020 Richard Gorodesky, SIOR successfully concluded a build-to-suit lease for a new 300,000 s/f specialized distribution facility on 21 acres at 9801 Blue Grass Rd. in Northeast Philadelphia. The transaction was facilitated on behalf of his client TJX, parent company of retailer TJ Maxx, Marshalls and Home Goods. 9801 Blue Grass is owned by DH Property Holdings with Bridge Development serving as developer for the project. The new facility will be a state-of-the-art, 53’ clear height, fully air-conditioned distribution facility with superior trailer parking.
