Trinity acquires former Crestlawn American Legion Post



Philadelphia, PA — Minority and woman-owned real estate firm, Trinity Property Advisors (Trinity), have announced the acquisition of the former Crestlawn American Legion Post located at 301 E. Godfrey Ave. in the Feltonville section of Philadelphia.

Renovations are currently underway and are scheduled to be completed date by April 2023. Upon completion, the building will serve as headquarters for Trinity Property Advisors, along with Philadelphia Real Estate Entrepreneurial Academy, Rittenhouse Appraisals, Dame’s Delicious Catering, and Jenice’s Events and Conference Center.

Founder and CEO of Trinity, Candis Pressley, is excited about the acquisition. Pressley is a Certified Commercial Investment Member with over 23 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She started her career while attending Temple University and received her real estate salesperson license at age 19, and quickly advanced to earning her broker’s license. The real estate mogul has nine properties in her current portfolio and recently received her general contractor’s license.

Commenting on the recent acquisition, Pressley said: “I am extremely excited about this undertaking. I know this building holds a lot of sentimental value to many individuals. That’s why we hope its new purpose will continue to instill a sense of pride for the community.”
