Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. announces two new management assignments

Jefferson Valley, NY — Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. announced that they have been retained as the managing and leasing agent of the Hunting Ridge Mall in Bedford and the DeCicco’s Center in Jefferson Valley. Both shopping centers have been owned by a local family for the past forty years. Hunting Ridge Mall, on Rte. 22 in Bedford is a 54,000 s/f shopping center that will be anchored by a new DeCicco’s Gourmet Supermarket. Long-time tenants include Bedford Pharmacy, Chez Nous Bakery, Siemers Wine & Liquor, Chase Bank and CitiBank. There are also second floor offices. The DeCicco’s Center, on Lee Rd. in Jefferson Valley, is a 35,000 s/f shopping center anchored by DeCicco’s Gourmet Supermarket and Putman County Savings Bank. Other tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Taconic Pharmacy, GiGi’s Pizza and Ginny’s Wine and Liquor.
