Value Companies launches leasing for Phase 2 of the Point at Gateways in Morris County, NJ

The Gateways at Randolph to rank among State’s largest multifamily communities

Morris County, NJ — Value Companies, Inc. has launched leasing for Phase Two of The Point at Gateways, a residential community within Value Companies’ Gateways at Randolph multifamily property in Morris County. Phase Two introduces 24 additional two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. In Phase One of The Point at Gateways, Value Companies, Inc. constructed eight two-bedroom/two- and one-half bathroom townhome units each with their own private garage and driveway.

The development of The Point at Gateways follows remodeling and expansion of the Gateways at Randolph’s new clubhouse and leasing center. Residents of The Point at Gateways have access to the clubhouse, which includes an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balconies, a children’s playroom and video gaming lounge, workstations, billiards, and large-screen televisions. The surrounding grounds feature a pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, new barbecue areas, and a playground.

Phase Three of The Point at Gateways will include 36 more two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. When all phases of construction are complete, The Gateways at Randolph will be one of the largest multifamily properties in the state, with over 1,000 units in the community.
