South Jersey — Vantage Commercial, an affiliate of TCN Worldwide, announced recent transactions in southern New Jersey.
555 Blackwood-Clementon Rd. in Lindenwold has sold. Ken Richardson, VP/partner, and John Doss, Sr. advisor, represented the seller.
In a separate transaction, Vantage Commercial announced a new retail lease at Sharps Run Shopping Center in Medford, welcoming Struggle Monkey Cafe to

the property. The addition of this “third wave” coffee shop enhances the center’s reputation as a vibrant, locally focused destination.
Struggle Monkey Cafe will occupy 1,400 s/f, introducing a concept centered around high‑quality coffee, light fare, and a warm, inviting environment for residents, professionals, and families. The cafe’s arrival brings an experiential and daily‑use service that offers a more personalized touch than the typical to‑go coffee shop.
Emily Stein, managing director, and Ma’or Hemo, sales associate of Vantage Commercial, represented the tenant in this transaction. Their advisory efforts helped Struggle Monkey Cafe secure a strategically positioned location that aligns with its brand vision and the needs of the Medford area.
“Struggle Monkey Cafe introduces a welcoming, connection‑driven concept that aligns with the goals of most shopping centers,” said Hemo. “Its focus on quality and engagement makes it an excellent addition to the property and to the Medford community.”
With this new lease, Sharps Run Shopping Center continues to strengthen its position as a well‑visited retail hub, offering diverse services and sustained value to the surrounding area.
