The portfolio includes the following properties, all of which are located in close proximity to one another in Pennsylvania’s capital:

HARRISBURG, PA — CBRE announced the sale of two office buildings, totaling 250,000 s/f, located at 100 and 200 Amp Dr. in Harrisburg. D&H Distributing Co. acquired the two properties for $8.2 million.

HARRISBURG, PA — The Waterworks Pumping Station, located at 614 North Front St., has sold. The 144 year old building is located along the Harrisburg Riverfront and within walking distance of the Central downtown business district and the State Capitol complex.
