Furey, Zuck and McHale Transwestern of facilitate lease on behalf of Terreno Realty Corp.

Bridgewater, NJ — Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announced that Lexus of Bridgewater has renewed its lease for 62,400 s/f at 1EB and 1EA Chimney Rock Rd., part of the Middlebrook Crossroads industrial warehouse and flex manufacturing property in Bridgewater. The Transwestern industrial leasing team of managing directors Jeffrey Furey and Lori Zuck and associate Matt McHale represented the landlord, Terreno Realty Corp., in the transaction. “New Jersey remains an industrial hotspot, and we’re seeing continued interest from users for well-located and maintained properties,” said Furey. “Middlebrook Crossroads, one of the first planned industrial parks in the country, is a prime example showing the tremendous strength of a versatile property with access to highways and nearby amenities.” Currently 89% occupied, Middlebrook Crossroads is an 18-building, multi-tenanted industrial complex featuring upgraded roofing, signage and landscaping.
