BOUND BROOK, NJ — Citizen Bound Brook, the new rental community in historic downtown Bound Brook, is now more than 70% leased, the community’s developer Accurate announced.
Citizen Bound Brook opened in April and has been leasing at a steady clip to renters who want to live in the heart of downtown Bound Brook.
