Jefferson, NJ — Diversified Properties, one of the region’s most experienced and active commercial real estate developers and owners, announced the start of the first phase of construction at Jefferson Place, a brand-new luxury multifamily community located on Hellers Lane in Jefferson. Phase one is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2024.
Jefferson Place’s first phase of development will include an elevator building with 32 one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 855 to 1,216 s/f with built-in den spaces. The community’s amenity package will include private garages, an indoor fitness center, outdoor lounge and grilling areas, and individual storage units available for residents.
