What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
My first deal still feels like my biggest win. It gave me the confidence to keep
going.

I started a networking group for young professionals in industrial real estate, creating a platform for fostering relationships and facilitating peer collaboration within the industry.

My team, Mindy Lissner, Bill Waxman, Jeff Volpi, David Gheriani, and Mike Ugarte, whose unwavering support, shared wisdom, and collaborative spirit have deeply enriched my professional journey and helped me grow in countless ways.
What impact has social media/networking had on your career?
Social media and networking have significantly impacted my career by allowing me to cultivate meaningful relationships, which I believe are fundamental to the real estate industry and will yield substantial long-term benefits.
What were some of your early goals and did anything happen to change them?
My goal every year is to double my production from last year.
What inspiring advice would you give to a young executive graduating from college?
To believe in yourself and to keep your head down and work hard. Comparison is the thief of joy.
