Kavanagh started his career with Berg Enterprises’ Industrial Division before becoming The Blau & Berg Company. Prior to the commencement of his real estate career, he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and worked in the construction industry. He has represented a sundry of clients pertaining to site selection, acquisition, disposition and new construction projects, in and outside of New Jersey.
