This property is at 925 Old Trail Rd. in Etters. The 11.61-acre Valley Green site features a rental office, 234 temperature-controlled units, 123 drive-up units, and 27 parking spaces for vehicles, boats or RVs, and is located less than a mile from North 392/Interstate 83, on the highly traveled Old Trail Rd. in Central PA.

In other news, Moove In Self Storage announced the acquisition of a self storage facility in Mickleton, NJ.
This property is at 650 Swedesboro Ave. in Mickleton. The 11.72-acre site features a rental office, 386 drive-up units, 68 temperature-controlled units, and 125 parking spaces for vehicles, boats and RVs. It is located between Swedesboro Ave. and I-295, a few miles from the Philadelphia International Airport and an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
"The Mickleton property provides the Moove In Self Storage portfolio with a strong presence in a highly visible area,” said Quinto. “This property is positioned in a location with strong growth, major employers and heavy traffic, giving customers convenient access to a Moove In facility.”
