Progress Capital’s Domenico and Cali secure a $10M loan

GOSHEN NY — Brad Domenico and Gabby Cali of Progress Capital secured a $10 million loan for Wainco Realty to refinance the existing mortgage on a multifamily apartment community located 100-300 Canter Court & 295-297 West Main St., Goshen, NY.

Domenico and Cali worked with TD Bank who provided the following terms: • $10,000,000 Loan • 2.25% Fixed for 10 Years • 30 Year Amortization

The luxury resort-style apartment community, known as Village Place at Goshen, is a three-building apartment community which offers (48) high-end apartments with a unit mix of all oversized 2 bedroom/2-bathroom units comprised of 1,300-1,400 SF each. The subject also includes (1) single family rental house on the adjacent lot included in the collateral, which brings the unit count up to (49) total rentals at the property.
