SVN | Miller completes key flex and retail transactions

SALISBURY, MD — Wesley Cox, CCIM, senior advisor at SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate announced that the Hanna Team associate Trent Spicer-Davis has completed the lease-up of the Northwood Business Center bringing the property to 100% occupancy. The property consists of three buildings totaling 32 flex-space units and 54,000 s/f. The property has a diverse mix of tenants and serves many roles for the business community, including start-up incubator spaces to national companies.

Since joining The Hanna Team, Spicer-Davis has made an immediate and measurable impact on the Salisbury commercial real estate market. Under the mentorship of Cox, Spicer-Davis has helped secure four new leases since August, demonstrating both his strong work ethic and deepening expertise in the region’s flex-space sector.

In a second transaction, SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate announced that advisor, Drew Robertson, represented Synergy Investments in leasing 1503 S Salisbury Blvd. to 7 Brew Drive-Thru Coffee. The new location, situated at the corner of Rte. 13 and Milford St., will mark 7 Brew’s first location in Salisbury. Positioned across from Salisbury University, the highly anticipated addition brings one of the fastest-growing drive-thru concepts in the nation to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

The McClellan Team and Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM, with SVN | Miller Commercial Real Estate, closed an off-market deal that included 26 commercially-zoned acres on E Naylor Mill Rd. in Salisbury, a prime north-side location directly behind the Centre at Salisbury Mall. The land was sold to St. John Properties, a Baltimore based developer. The McClellan Team represented St. John Properties and Brent Miller represented the seller.

With the McClellan Team’s guidance, St. John Properties quickly recognized the potential of this unlisted site and the growth along the Rte. 13 north corridor. Following extensive due diligence, the firm acquired the land and plans to deliver a Class A flex project that will bring much-needed modern space to the Eastern Shore.
