Elizabeth, NJ — The Blau & Berg Company recently arranged the lease of ±90,000 s/f of land in Elizabeth. Jason Crimmins, Alessandro Conte, Peter Murano, Jr. and Michael F. Schipper of The Blau & Berg Company represented the landlord, 720 South Front Street LLC, while Kenneth Crimmins of The Blau & Berg Company represented the tenant, Mark IV Transportation and Logistics, Inc.

In a separate transaction, The Blau & Berg Co. arranged the lease of ±19,500 s/f of industrial space in Moonachie. Jason Crimmins, SIOR, CCIM, Alessandro Conte, SIOR, CCIM, Peter Murano, SIOR and Michael Schipper, SIOR of The Blau & Berg Co. represented the landlord, while Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty represented the tenant, Nomistar NJ, Inc.
